Tabriz Petrochemical Company — Wastewater Treatment
Full piping-integrity, QC and mechanical scope for the plant's wastewater treatment package — from line and valve lists through PDMS modeling, CAESAR II stress analysis, dosing pump skid design, and pipe support design/FEA across the whole site.

Part 1
Line List, Valve List & Piping Material Specification
- Prepared and revised the project's line list and manual valve list — over 1,400 lines and 1,500 valves, tracked against successive P&ID revisions
- Wrote the Piping Material Specification (PMS) covering pipe classes, ratings and end connections for each service
- Sized lines from 1/2" up to 28", across PVC, PE (polyethylene), SS (stainless steel) and CS (carbon steel) piping
- Identified critical lines downstream of pumps and heat exchangers and transmitted them for stress analysis

Globe Valve (GLV)
Ball Valve (BV)
Butterfly Valve (BFV)

Part 2
Modeling, Stress Analysis & QC Documentation
- 3D piping design in AVEVA PDMS, generating isometrics for the whole site
- Stress analysis of critical lines in CAESAR II against ASME B31.3
- Wrote the hydrotest specification for all PVC, PE, SS and CS lines
- Prepared the Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and the painting procedure, and controlled the 3‑layer painting thickness on site against spec
Part 3
Dosing Pump Skid — Design & QC
- Designed the RO/UF backwash dosing pump skid — piping, structural frame and equipment layout — in SolidWorks
- QC'd the skid's fabrication against the 3D model and piping isometrics before shipment
Part 4
Pipe Supports — Design, FEA & Fabrication
- Generated piping support drawings for the whole site and tagged every support against the isometrics and equipment/skid layout
- Ran finite element analysis on the pipe support structures — meshing and resultant displacement (URES) under piping and thermal loads
- Followed supports through fabrication and painting, from raw welded frames to finished, coated units ready for install
