Line List, Valve List & QC Documentation
- Prepared and revised the project's line list and manual valve list — over 800 lines and around 600 valves, tracked against P&ID revisions
- Owned QC documentation: Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), hydrotest specification, Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and painting procedure
- Controlled 3‑layer painting thickness on site against spec for the RO/UF skids
- Generated equipment assembly drawings for equipment plans and foundations in AutoCAD

RO Skids & PE Pipe‑to‑Pipe Heater
- Piping and layout support for the RO/UF skids, from line routing through to QC sign‑off
- Designed the "Pipe Element 500" — a stepped, concentric socket‑fusion heating die in SolidWorks — for joining PE pipe sections directly on site
- One tool covers the full socket range in a single stepped element, from Ø12 mm up to Ø270 mm, sized to standard PE pipe diameters
- Transmitted the project line list against the revised P&ID

Pump Skid — Design, Vibration Analysis & Optimization
- Designed pump supports for the RO/UF feed pumps in SolidWorks, stress‑checked to AISC
- Ran a frequency (modal) analysis of the HP pump skid frame in SolidWorks Simulation to find natural frequencies and mode shapes
- Identified two governing mode shapes — 57.6 Hz (frame torsion under the pump mounts) and 80.7 Hz (main beam bending) — and checked them against the pump's operating speed to avoid resonance
- Optimized the frame's bracing based on the modal results to push natural frequencies clear of the excitation range
