Waste Separation Conveyor System
A 12‑line conveyor system designed for a waste‑separation plant in Sari — from 3D modeling and structural analysis through to fabrication drawings and on‑site installation.
Scope of work
- Simulated and 3D‑modeled the 12‑line conveyor system in Sidewinder and SolidWorks
- Ran finite element analysis on the conveyor structure in SolidWorks Simulation
- Calculated power requirement, drum/idler diameter and belt tension in MATLAB
- Produced the bill of materials, cutting plans and construction drawings for the system
